PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST (ALMASSORA)

Empresa del sector de la industria cerámica precisa incorporar PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST.

The purpose of this role is to support operational issues with suppliers including price updates and data processing, reporting and presentation preparation, process verification and validations, and support in procurement projects, both local and global.

Main duties:
- Review, improve and implement procurement procedures within the company.
- Prepare and support plans for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies.
- Develop best in class procurement processes and tools.
- Review, compare, analyse, products and services to be purchased.
- Identify and foster relationships with our suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings. You will research and evaluate areas of opportuniy and reduce costs.
- Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Keep an updated system of supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Research and evaluate prospective suppliers and providers.
- Prepare budgets, cost analyses, and reports.

Job requirements
*Almost 2 years as buyer (negotiation and orders with national and international suppliers).
*Good analysis skills, communication and selfdriven person.
